The Basics of The Lean Program

Soon (date yet to be known), Jayna and I will be starting what we will call the X program. We are unsure about the name of the program, but we do know the basics of how the program will be set up.

Diet

The diet will be a ketogenic diet with weekly refeeds based mostly on the studies of Mauro DiPasquale and Lyle McDonald. The specifics of the diet will be shown later.

Training

Knowing that so many fitness addicts are very particular about training, the program has a fairly loose training regimine, making it easy for any person to adapt to their own style. The training is basically made up of simple interval training (much like Tabata training). The training program alone WILL be enough to help a person get ripped, and can range from very easy or VERY hard; 2-20 min’s.
